NDYSC Partners with SFFC
SOUTH FRASER FC AND NORTH DELTA YOUTH SOCCER CLUB ENTER INTO REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, FEBRUARY 14, 2012 – South Fraser Football Club ("South Fraser" or “the Club") announces that North Delta Youth Soccer Club (“NDYSC”) has become a regional partner, joining Ladner FC, Ladner Girls SC, Peace Arch SC, Semiahmoo SC and Tsawwassen SC in the Club’s regional partner family.
“NDYSC has a long history of successful player development in North Delta and surrounding local communities, and as a professional soccer organization member within the Delta Youth Soccer Association. We are very pleased to have NDYSC as a regional partner and as a key contributor to our player development programming”, commented Darryl Jones, President of South Fraser FC.
“NDYSC is very excited about the opportunity to partner with SFFC. We believe that the work we have done over the years with our counterparts in Delta District (Ladner, Tsawwassen, and Peace Arch) and this most recent joint initiative has/will create the best playing opportunity for our ND players at the highest level of competition in youth soccer in BC. We believe that the strength of the SFFC program, the strength of the coaching staff and the opportunity, in conjunction with our partners, to have a voice on decisions affecting the training and preparation of the SFFC players and teams will afford our Members the best situation to play at this level. We would like to thank SFFC and the partner clubs for this opportunity; we look forward to working with you and with the SFFC teams”, commented John McGrandle, President of NDYSC.
“As the EA Sports BC Soccer Premier League (“EA Sports BCSPL”) moves into its inaugural season, it is encouraging to see the continued collaboration between the stakeholders in the soccer community and the broadening grassroots support of Elite level programming across the Province. Congratulations NDYSC and SFFC!”, said David Haber, EA Sports BCSPL President.
